Spots on head and some on tail fins too, not eating the tail or head. What do you think? have him in QT.

He has been lethargic for the last day or so, laying on the bottom of the tank, when he did get up to swim I noticed him having little "fits" like a shark shaking his food basically! he would swim fine, sudden spasm, swim fine and again fits/convulsions whatever.

Had a short video, then noticed hey, I have sound on my camera where I am cursing him out after 10 minutes of him not sitting pretty for me :)

Not sure what fixes what but as a precaution hes in QT with fresh water, carbon filtration and added salt, Suggestions?

Actually, from being in there even for the night he seems better, more active and less white stuff showing, (does not look like what I would call a fungus, but who knows), actually looks like waterspots when they dry on the outside of the tank..maybe that will help anyone.

Going to be doing a major cleaning of the main tank (50Gl) to make sure nobody else gets sick, though none of them are showing any signs of illness at all, better safe than sorry.. don't have enough hospital tanks if they all do get sick!

The white spots and slime are a sign that the fish is producing exces mucus to fight off parasites.
