I just found this, i've had my hands on the 2007 results for quite sometime, and they can be viewed here:

Anyways here are the 2008 results which quite simply, are mindblowing as with the 2007 results.

Un-freakin'-believable!

I can't imagine the amount of work required for those to be set up and maintained like that!

I'll stick to bare rocks and algae growth!

:lol: Sounds like my kind of growing. All I do is leave a tank by an open window with the lights on 24/7!

You'd think there's alot of work but its no different than a basic planted, lots of light + CO2 + ferts and frequent trimming. Its getting the right combination of plants and layout that's the tricky part.

Taking a look at Amano's work, the tank and setup are rather basic but his eye for detail and design were what set him apart.
