Guppygirl Posted January 22, 2009 Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 Lost my large female platy today. A little sad, but she did leave me with about 25-30 babies. So she will live on. I have never seen a fish grow as big as she did, she looked like she swallowed a marble, but was filled with air it seems. She did not act like the normal dropsy- no pinecone shaped scales she just seemed to stretch her skin- I just assumed she was huge with babies I was wrong.
