Baos
I'm looking at rebuilding and at the moment I'm looking at a tank with primarily Centurions. I am aware that they have virtually no suitable tank mates. Spencer Jack suggested I look towards central america cichlids. It's a planted tank so I don't want too much substrate digging. Maybe one of you would have an idea? Spencers top pick was AMPHILOPHUS ALTIFRONS. I just don't think it'll work with the plants.

Tropical Fish Hobbyist article has some info on some of the Australoheros species. Not too much on suitable tankmates though.
