sherlock
I am thinking of turning my 90 gallon into a single species tank. I would like a good looking aggressive fish that could be housed in that sized tank. I was thinking of a pair of red terrors. Any suggestions??? I am just starting to research this so any input would be welcome.
BettaFishMommy
you could do a pair of terrors, as long as they get along with each other. you could also do a single oscar if you felt like spoiling him with oodles of tank space. Dmaan.
Red Terrors would be sexy. although males do get around 15-16 inches, i have never myself seen them get that size. so i say doo it son! who are you going to order from? don't think there are to many red terrors pairs in alberta. Qattarra
Any of the larger SA , green terror, red terror, red devils, escondido, even the CA texas cichlid is really pretty. You could build it up with large driftwood and fake plants. Well anchored of course as they all dig lol . Good luck it'll be fun .
Parachromis1
There are a lot of choices. I myself wouldn't do a pair of Red Terrors for life in a 90. I once had A male who was 15" and ruled 2/3's of a 230 gallon. IMO a single specimen, or a pair of Escondidos like Sue recommended would be awesome. Or try a Haitiensis or something
