Bluecan
when did you get this guy? whatd you do with the other ones? what else is in his tank? Looks sweet those are big $$$$ too right?!
Guest Master of Puppets
Other ones? Yes they are expensive, but I like to trade fish for more expensive ones I wouldn't be able to get my hands on otherwise. There's a motoro ray in the tank and a bala shark I want to find a couple friends for.

Jaykit
Great looking ray. I've never had any experience with ray, are they hard to keep?
Guest Master of Puppets
Depends, are you willing to do water changes twice a week or so and pay for the extra filtration and food? They aren't hard to keep you just have to feed them a few times a day and keep up on water changes. There are a few things that are different, you have to cover heaters and use soft smooth subsrAte because they can burn themselves easy and cut themselves. Bluecan
oh cool, what did you trade for him? do u know if its male or female?
Guest Master of Puppets
This one is a female the other is a male. She loves the bubbles and she seems to use the middle area of the tank as much as the bottom lol. I traded a few more expensive fish like my dat. Jaykit
Is it best to keep them in a completely open tank too then?
Guest Master of Puppets
Depends on the foot print of the tank. I'll be building a 240 to 350 or so for these guys in the spring so I'll be able to put some driftwood and plants in the tank,
