BettaFishMommy Posted January 16, 2010 Report Share Posted January 16, 2010 they are of the botia family so they most likely will bother the apples. one thing you do have to remember is that apple snails have more vulnerable soft parts when they are out cruising around the tank. i wouldn't chance it. I have 2 4" clown loaches, and a 4" yoyo loach, and they heave left the snails alone for about a year now. So just goes to show, every fish is different.
