The output adapter on my Eheim 2078 just jammed on me and I'm having the worst luck finding a replacement part. Both Big Al's and Pisces don't carry the part, so was advised to contact eheimparts.com, only problem is they don't ship to Canada. Ended up calling their tech support and confirmed they don't ship too Canada and was directed too call BigAls' online directly. Contact bigAl's and they're telling they don't carry it either as Eheim has not released that part too them. My google search only brings up European sites, this is getting ridiculous.
