Silicone in water

I was trying to reseal the inside lip of my tank earlier today, and while I was doing it the silicone tube burst in my hand. I guess some of the silicone got into the water, because I noticed most of my fish gasping at the surface. I've moved all the fish to other tanks, and I'm in the process of doing a 100% water change. Is there anything else I should be doing for this?

Thankfully, the fish made it through this without any casualties. One of my rainbows was floating tail down when I discovered the problem, but even he pulled through. I've put fresh carbon in the filters and ran the tank empty overnight.

I'll probably throw one or two 'sacrificial lambs' back in there tonight to make sure everything is okay before putting everyone back.

This was my largest tank, so this ordeal has really made for some overcrowded 20 gallon tanks. :)
