425nm
Would anybody be able to tell me round abouts what these beautiful fish cost? Also if aquarium bred are common.
JORG
The L-168's seemed to be priced in the 50-100 dollar range when I did a search. They look almost identical to L-052's which are much cheaper and easier to acquire. Here is a pic of some L-052's I have here.
DanGofCalgary
Here is a pic of some L-052's I have here. Those are quite nice Jorg. Have you had any success on spawning them? Also, what is their price range? I have a 50 with a group of L204s in it. Do you think they'd coexist ok? Dan
JORG
I think they would be OK with 204's. I've had them with many different plecos already as they are just in a holding tank till Harold sells them. They are not quite at breeding size yet. You can check fairdeals price list but I believe they are under $20.00 each.

I did check Harolds thread for them, or at least I thought I had. I'll call him later this week and see if he has any left. I quite like them. Thanks for posting a pic of them. JORG
They are still available as I am storing around 10 of them here.
DanGofCalgary
They are still available as I am storing around 10 4 of them here. FIXED! haha! I just put 6 of them on hold with Harold. They're like the poor man's zebra pleco! If you're picking them Jorg, could you do 'best efforts' at getting 3 males and 3 females? I won't hold your feet to the fire or anything, as they might be too young to truly sex, just do the best that you can please. Thanks again! JORG
I'm not sure how to sex them. I just checked PC and there was nothing there to help me. I guess I could go with the old reliable fat -skinny system thou.
Wingin' It
I don't know if this is the same plecos as I had (mine were sold as Atabapo Butterfly), but I thought it was: Males have lots/big barbs/spikes on their pectoral fins and females have few/small barbs/spikes on their pectoral fins? JORG
I pulled them all out this morning to bring over to Harolds and found 15 in the tank. So there is still 9 left
