if you can wait 2ish weeks, I picked up a 'sun sun/perfect' brand filter off ebay, its the same as the marineland, I chose the one with a built in uv, it was 120 shipped, or you can get the one without uv, that one is @20$ cheaper

I've been running it for 1 month, no problems, and reading up on them online, I have seen very little complaints, the only real complaints I've seen is people's fear of 'made in china/ chinese brand name'but nothing really about its functionality

I have 3 sunsuns, a large one on my 125 cichlid tank with a FX5, one on my 75 and another on a 20. No complaints, been chugging away for a couple of years.
