cainechow
My old windows are being replaced right now. Looks like the old glass panes are 4mm. Pretty close to the thickness in my 10 gallon tank. Is it worth keeping some glass for small tank projects?
damtrees
I find it comes in handy for making lids and deviders for sumps as that was what i used to do my low buget 420 gallon
cainechow
How did you separate the sheets of glass in the double paned glass? The type I have is the kind with the black tar like stuff holding the panes together rather than the newer foam spacers. I tried cutting it with a utility knife and it is pretty tough stuff.
