rompergoddess Posted April 15, 2013 Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 (edited) My female BN seems rather chubby in the belly, and I have been observing white "air bubbles" cruising around (and I do mean cruising) in her belly. They are really moving, and they are pressing against her skin, and it is very disturbing.... I have never seen this before. Her nether region is swollen and pink, (she is an albino) This just started up about three days ago, and I thought maybe she was gravid, but I am not thinking so now. Any ideas? God, please don't let it be bloat..... I read up on it via the internet, not a nice way to go. :cry: I feed both my male and female BN very well, with a nice variety of fresh/frozen and dried foods for plecs. I do weekly water changes, of aprox. 50 %, and the tank is heavily planted. Fingers crossed...
