My concern is whether or not the polyurethane surface will discourage fish, like a Siamese Algae Eater, from cleaning the background of algae. ckmullin Posted June 26, 2014 Report Share Posted June 26, 2014 I guess another tip if you need to cure 100% and want to cut out pieces to form your own shape glue that sand/gravel/moss to the foam by 'painting' some aquarium safe silicone on the freshly cut areas.
