South American Puffers - Freshwater...

No puffers can be trusted as they are very nippy...but as puffers go, they are one of the least aggressive . I like them but they require a lot more work as you will mostl likely need to perform " dentistry" as their beaks grows fast. Basically knocking them out and manually trim their beaks. All my South American puffs were like that. Constant snail feeding decrease the amount of trimming but find not eliminate it. Ust too much work for my liking di I got rid of them. Just my experience with these inquisitive puffs.
