Stressed Rosy Barb

We just got a bunch of fish and are finding places to put them all. Currently the 40 gallon tank is a bit overloaded with tetras but we found ich and I am reluctant to move them until I am sure the disease is gone. We are currently treating the tank with raised temperature (to 82) and with salt

There is one Rosy Barb which is clearly distressed. He/she is continually swimming the length of the tank, back and forth, back and forth

Do I move her now or until I am sure the ich problem has been taken care of? It bothers me she is so stressed

Your input please

Dave
