Hi there. Right now I've only produced BGJD, thus far. I really do not have time to do any breeding as my wife is due in a couple of months here. I've culled many BGJD through natural selection...pretty much survival of the fittest. The ones I have are by far one of the best looking (shape wise) JD I've ever owned. What stage of breeding are you in? Do you have decent size EBJD's yet? at least 4 inches? EBJD can be as aggressive as teh normal ones. Especially when 4+ inches. As for inbreeding and crossbreeding...PM Neil and ask him for the articles he forwarded me. I cannot seem to find it. Neil: Do you mind forwarding it to me again re: inline and cross out breeding please. Thank you. Jonah

Thanks. More quick pics of the "monster" Kimbo is growing...well at least I think he is. He is definately get chubbier. The serpae tetras loves him...lots of small itty-bitty food for them. Kimbo's pattern disappears and turn the same colour as the sand when he is sleeping or lying on the sand: The serpaes going across the tank to meet Kimbo: Kimbo and friends: Js

I believe there are two kinds of bumblebee goby and can be differentiated by the vertical bars. One does well in FW and one thrives in Brac. Js

Right now, I am at work and it still not working properly. All the response that I have received where formatted wrong. For example: It look like this all the way throughout the responses. Hopefully Tanker will see this post as I am just frustrated. Tried it at home and it froze 8 times. Not checking from home anymore. Jonah -
I always thought that the "lives in a puddle" thing to be a myth. The wild betta that i have seen in videos do not live in puddles and have never seen any betta living in actual puddles. Jonah

Yeah this is a pink convict. I am not breeding her though...not enough time for any breeding at the moment. Jonah
-
They only have been together for a short time. Also, Ive had male-female that have not bred at all. Jonah
-
Got this convict a while back. I think its a female but the long fins and showing attempting to breed with a female HRP confuses me. Lots of orange on this fella. THe flash washes it away. Reason I got re-home my beautiful cichlids: and just for fun...my first (and probably the only time) to get a royal flush online poker: Jonah

Still working on sit, stay, and come...LOL.

He likes running so I run with him...30 minutes max as he is not designed to run long distances. Agility...maybe once he listens a bit better...lol. Jonah
-
will do TY...we've had him for about 4.5 months now. He is a quick learner. Never been walked in his life! First few days of walking on a leash was interesting. Now he is my running buddy. We only run slow pace for about 30 minutes max as he is not built to run. Js

LOL...notices the "French bull-s**t" was changed to "Bull-poop" Js
-
This is my new dog. We adopted him from the the Lacombe Animal Shelter. He was 7 months old when we got him. According to the shelter he is french bulldog/shi tzu but it can also be pug/shi tzu. His litter mates have more of the French bulldog colouring than him but he was the most timid one. He was actually getting bullied by the others. I named him Huck but was going to name him Habs or Quebec (get it...French bull-poop ...my wife was not impressed as she is a teacher in a French immersion school). Anyways...here he my partner in crime: Jonah

I always loved the rainbow snakeheads...grows 6 inches or so but nice and colourful. great fish. Jonah

THanks guys. The blurry thing in the corner (near the sponge) of the "no-flash" picture of a "baby" bgjd...they are growing fast!

Quick no flash pics...sorry for the blurriness:
