  16. Was doing my weekly tank cleaning when I spotted a problem on a Silver Dollar, have not seen this before, looks like an Ulcer and in 14 hours it has gone from being all white to having the black edge around it that you can see in the picture, does any one recognize this and do you have suggestions, the tank has been running for five months with out a problem, it is a 40 gallon with a Fluval 305 temp is 81 degrees , NH3 , NO2 , NO3 are all with in normal levels. Thanks for taking the time too read this… Scottie
  17. Is their a problem with the AA tracking Cookies, I check this site daily!!! but it has been saying my last visit is Oct 23, for some time, well since Oct 23, Tong in cheek guys, I hope the mod team is doing well and more inportently playing together well, take care all...
  18. LMAO I agree but kinda figured that 1250 gallons hour circulation might be a little much
  19. lol Clarity is everything, I did consider the media idea but the old filter is rena and the new is fluval, and yes the tank is healthy, was just woundering how long too wait so I didnt shock the tank too bad by removing the old canister... Scottie
  20. We have a 120 African tank that I was running an XP3 on, decided to increase filtration, I have the three month old canister still running and the new canister, how long before I can remove the smaller one, and be safe that the new is established enough to support the tank. The tank population is moderate with an assortment from Blue Dolphins, Bourlyies, and Serums, and a few Blues and Yellow Electrics. Any advice greatly welcomed. :welcome: Scottie
