  1. lol in a way i kinda saved him before an accident happened to.
  2. for an 80 i'd probably go with an xp2 or 3 which ever would be more affordable and convenient for you and maybe even add a sponge filter to it if you wanted to.
  3. i had a pair, they require feeders. DO NOT KEEP THEM WITH CICHLIDS. i lost my needle nosers to broken backs. they were in my 120 with my sa-ca's for like 2 months and i hadn't yet had much expierence, one night during feeding my oscar broke one of the gars back' by bitting his bottom jaw while the gar had a feeder in his mouth, he seemed alright but in the morning, snapped back. the same happened the next night but this time i never caught any of my fish lol. they love the top and will eat any fish that they can fit into their mouths. they also enjoy the dark and will swim more in dim light or no light.
  4. Made a new thread for this beast since no one is interested in the old thread lol. last time AA seen him he was 7", he's about 8.5-9" now. here's the most recent pictures of him.

  6. i think those oscars should be alone in that tank or else that jag should be alone in that tank. soon those fins will look like the bottom of an old pair of baggy jeans lol and that jag is only going to get more handsome!!!!!
  7. his base colour is red but for some reason my light and my camera made the background red and his base colour bluish green. i have a blue light so that's probably why.
  8. tomorrow i am finally starting my 120 gallon tank, i can't even wait to start setting it up!!!

  10. if you go to big al's on the southside, i'm sure you could get EBJD's for half that.
  11. anybody have any great pics of their texas terror's? my friend gave me one for a pretty good deal, i think i love it. haha.
