Tough to say, might be anywhere from 6-10" after the 1st year. I had a group of 10 a couple years ago. Grew them up to about 3" when every single one of the dropped dead from bloat. IMO it is from stress and not from type of food. I believe that if kept in groups one becomes dominant and stresses the others causing bloat. If i were to do it again I would try keeping one in its own grow out tank until it was about 6". Once again all of this is just my opinion though.

Sorry if the pics are getting repetitive, I just dont have any other fish and love taking photos of them haha. It seems I learn something new every time I pick up the camera, I cant wait to look back on these pictures a year from now haha.

Yes its possible, the red terror will be the agressor though when larger. Best chance of getting it to work is buying them young and letting them grow up together. They both grow fairly slow so be prepared for that haha. Best of luck.

Very nice, cant wait to see it when its monster. ^ Ice turf, regular red tail catfish arent rare at all, but Platinum red tail cats are almost unheard of

Sadly the white calvus died yesterday. I have no idea why either, everyone is doing well and he was eating just fine. He was just coming into his own too, stopped being shy around the larger fronts and everything.

lol there is 5 of them in there. Feisty little buggers, one of them likes to hide underneith my L14 pleco haha. Stocklist is..... 7 Burundi Frontosa 5 Leleupi 1 White Calvus 1 Common Pleco and 1 L14 Pleco I was going for a lake tanganyika theme but just couldnt part with my 2 plecos, the common ive had since my first tank, and the goldie i just <3 haha

Not much has changed, just thought the fronts were looking sharp today haha.
