    Hello Everyone

Yup I remember the days of way to many critters just down to 5 tanks a dog and a parrot.
  2. I have made quite a few 3d back grounds here are some of them back ground Back Ground 2
  3. Yup have little white bugs (very small) you can only see them if you look closely. They crawl on the glass and hop on the top of the water possibly springtails, Sminthurides
  4. Here is a quote from the article. Note it mentions when smaller (when you first purchase it) "Black ghost knifefishes require a medium sized tank of (15-20 US gal)when smaller, though as they grow larger will require a much larger tank of around (50 US gal)."

    Hello

I see you are on you way to the syndrome knows as MTS . Remember research, and more research. (or just ask you questions here)
  6. Have had them in the past.
  7. You are in the right place for info. Ask lots of question, plenty of good people here to help.
  8. Won't be long before you have the second tank up and stocked, and wondering at what you can put in the third tank you will be thinking of. A condition know as MTS.
  9. I know how you feel about culling. I have been trying to get rid of my guppy's about 2 dozen for the last 2 months (crap do they bred) the local High School finally took them. (Kind of feel a little bad about doing this, really don't think they will live long there. The biology teacher really does not know how to keep fish. Oh well not my problem any more.) I currently have 4 Electric Yellows holding. (usually are all gone in a couple of days after they are released by the mother).
  10. Yup can be a very addictive hobby. Before you know it you have a whole room dedicated to fish and a smaller bank account. Being new to the hobby make sure you do you research on the fish you want BEFORE you get them, this will save you some grief in the end. This is a great place to get that info.
  11. You could use a watering trough for live stock.
