  2. No i never thought of doing that. I want to keep my water at 80. How would i heat the room high enough. Its in an open floor plan basement not an individual room. The racks are well supported an bolted to the mall.

  3. Stocking list looks good. Very nice choice of fish.

Are you planning on breeding? If so, you will have some problems with cross breeding(especially the peacocks) and won't be able to keep any of the fry unless you witness them breeding yourself. Selling Hybrid Cichlids is not a good idea if you want to keep a good reputation.

I also noticed that you were mixing Lakes. Not normally a good idea but it can be done. Its not overly stocked for a 135 so you might be in luck.

Good luck with your fish and I hope to see pictures soon.

  4. I wouldn't suggest it but you can get smaller dwarf cichlids that might be ok in a 29 gallon. I wouldn't go with a mbuna tank since they have a dendancy to be very aggressive. There are alwasy exceptions to every rule. So i give it a try and see what happens

  5. Welcome to AA. I did notice that Big Als has some Larger male convicts. There hidden under the Clown Loach tank. The Convicts aren't very expensive there(one of the only fish that are reasonable) so it might be something you want to look into.

Oh...and good luck trying to talk to us all, there are plenty of us.

  6. Thought i would make this topic so i could look back on the fish i have had.
