I've been keeping an eye one temp (had that happen to me but on the cold side). It was my wife that had noticed the behavior. I personally haven't seen him do anything out of the norm. That's why I asked what else could be up? I'm starting to think that he just doesn't like her? He seems absolutely fine to me?? I've sat In front of his tank for hours. Is it possible for fish not liking people? I know he gets a lot more excited when my little girl comes and sits with me?

I'm not quite sure what's wrong? My water is fine everything checks out, but my oscar still seems to be short of breath?? I'm not sure how else to describe it? He hasn't been moving around as much and has developed a twitch? Every 30 min or so his whole body shimmers then he's good?? And he's laying on his side, but I know that's just an oscar. Any info or ideas would be great. Ill be doing another 25% water change tonight aswell

I am 99% sure this guys a dwarf. He's not grown a bit. Gotten fatter but no size change. And I've done some research and they are aquatic frogs. We have never taken him out. (Well once he hopped out of his cleaning dish) but I'm sure 5 seconds wouldn't hurt him. I was thinking maybe a small snail could work??

I guess she has tried betta's. Not too good? I thought something like some little danios or tetras. Just wanted a "pros" opinion

Not sure if this is the place to put this but ill give it a shot. The wife has a dwarf clawed frog. She's asked me what else could go w/ it? I'm clueless, I have oscars so? Any ideas? Oh he's in a little 10gal

Sorry guess is should of said he was partnered w/ another oscar since he was little. He's just not been the same since the other passed. (Had to be put down, plec I had sucked his side At night) so I got a new home for the plec. I currently have my o in the 50 gal hospital tank (main one cracked) I'm getting a 100gal. And once everythings ready in the house all get a 300 hopefully. I just hate having a "depressed" if that's right?? Fish. He still feeds but he's just not as active anymore

I have an albino tiger oscar. He's about a year old. I've been having problems Finding him a tank mate. He's been put with another oscar that was twice his size And he just beat it up. He's alone now but I'd like to have more than one fish in a Huge tank. So I'm wondering what other chiclids are out there that would be able to Handle an agressive fish?

My oscar tank isn't holding heat as well as I'd like. So I'm looking for an extra heater that someone may be looking to get rid of. He is still a baby so he's only in a little 50. Within the year I will be upgrading so I'm not looking to spend tons of money on a tank that won't be in use long. Thanks in advance.

Im looking at getting a catfish for my tank. I have 2 albino tiger Oscar's and one spotted pleco. Id like to have another guy to help out with the cleaning. Any suggestions??

well i ended up just getting another male betta. Shes happy to have such a pretty fish. Some great ppl on this forum

alright well does anyone know if anyones selling a pair?? Or am i having to look at the LFS?? and the mosses. and with that aswell, a snail still possible or just the fish?? thanks

gf has a little 3gal tank. her betta just died. she doesnt want another one. it was well cared for. Im into big fish. i dont know anything bout little fish. Is there any little fish that could fit in a little 3gal??

I finally saw him. but i was too late. he was alive in the morning, but not when i got there this after noon. I guess he had it pretty bad.
