thanks alot i do do water changes every 3 days i take very good care of my tanks so im pretty sure its not from that but i got some clout from a friend and i might try that ive kept fish for a few years and never had problems but i did get a few new fish and never quaritianed them so mabye i got something there but thanks for the info on this if this clout dont work ill try antibiatics

ive just been looking at one of my tanks and noticed one of my peacocks has a swollen red protruding anus im really kinda freaked out ive never had sick fish and have alot of money put into my fish i dont want to lose him or worse a bunch of them also my fish are flashing lots on the rocks. ive been talking with a buddy about it but was wondering if anyone has any ideas i have one 265 gallon tank and a 230 gallon would like to keep them all alive PLEASE HELP LOL im kinda scared

i have a 265 gallon and was wondering how many cichlids i can put in with out getting crowded please if anyone has the same size african cichlid tank how many fish do they have in it i dont want to ever stock it i have about 21 in it already plus 4 synodonis 5 loaches 1 emperor pleco and royal pleco albino brisel nose, and soon to be 4 zebra plecos so if you think this is too much or think i still have room to get a few more that would be awsome if i get some feed back thanx cheers shaune

i got a 265 gallon tank and just put a pretty big power head in to get the water circing more. is this also good for them or should i only have it one for a few hours a day? i have it on the side on my tank pushing the water to the other were my filter is sucking it in the blows and comes out the other side again and so forth i looks like the fish enjoy it but will they get tired or worn out and die? if you can get back to me that would be awsome cheers shaune

ya so since i did the full water change which i know is hard on the fish i have had a few deaths im getting pissed off and frustrated if there is someone that could mabye come take a look at my tank and tell me what they think or give me a hand i might even pay some if thats what it takes

i have 2 90gallon tanks which i have been fighting this problem my tank is green not fogy but clear but green tinge i have a uv sterilizer on one and i just did a complete water change on the other one and it still comes back i washed the rocks and everything when i did the water change its been going on for a year now i thought it was my lights being on to long so ive started to keep them off and still nothing i have even put alge begone and in them and still nothing they are both cichlid tanks and i need help please help
