Hellow everybody! My name is Erica and I'm new to this board! I'm originally from the north west coast of B.C and I now live in Edmonton! I have been facinated with fresh water tanks, salt water tanks and marine biology my whole life. I have 20 years of fresh water experince, mostly amazon comunity fish. I have been arround salt water tanks before, as both roomates and fammily have had salt tanks at one point or another, but I have never actually owned a salt water tank of my own untill now! I'm still in the planning phase as I will be moving to my new place rather shortly. I'm planning a 180 gallon non pred peacefull fish with invertebrates and live rock and sand only (FIOWLR) tank to start. Once its mature, I may get into the corals, I've been resisting, but lets face it, it IS rather futile! Oh well! Aside from the 180 gallon, I have a 20 gallon amazon comunity tank that's been running for just over 8 years now and I will be inheriting a 55 gallon african Lake Malowi ciclid tank once the move is compleate. Aside from aquariums, I like canoeing, fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling. That is all for now! Cheers!
