Think they perhaps are scared shitless! (if next to this is says poop, that isn't what I originally wrote) I've had the peas and great fun, they'll come to the edge of the glass and just watch what your doing. Anywho...give them a bit of time to calm down as it isn't fun to be chased like you had said was happening. Give them some real plants and they'll be fine in short order. With mine, I had MTS in the tank...they loved to chow down...a hoot to watch as well.

I'm in a similar position however it now looks like I'll setup a crab tank in the summer. Pisces here in Calgary has from memory a half dozen or so different kinds as well as crayfish. Those vampire crabs look kinda funky so maybe that.

Need Help Fishes Dropping Dead Like Flies!
ckmullin replied to euripides's topic in Fish Emergencies
if your water conditions are askew, the original fish can be acclimatized, while a new fish will not adjust very well to those askew conditions. -
I'd be willing to accept perhaps a dozen of these so that I can test quality control.

Well, it's in the open now...so at least it's searchable on AA.

Brightly Colored Centerpiece Fish That Are Dwarf Shrimp Safe?
ckmullin replied to blink's topic in The Community Tank
I guess Tiger barbs are more aggressive tho...so might not be good for the shrimp side of things. Even just googling those keywords most 'bright' fish seem to be cichlids, guppy, betta or marine. sry could not help. -

A bunch of these neons would be nice. They usually keep to a school well. Or some of those krazy glow in the dark fish from azoo: http://web.archive.o...ml/tk1video.php -
I was looking around for this sort of info and came across a few pictures such as below. Dunno if there is a 100% standard however I did see reference to these sizes quite a few times. Perhaps this might help someone out who is looking for such info as well.
