Thanks for the replies, my fish has healed on his own. The water is good been running for a year. I think it was fight damage

Im not sure whats going on with this fish, his one eye is all white. Could this be a disease or maybe fight damage. The take is mostly peaceful (as much as cichlids are) not overcrowded. Suggestions please..

I'me paralyzed from my neck down, so take maintenance is tricky, i do follow a weekly water change/gravel vac schedule. I've got 2 tanks up and running with a 3rd on the way. From username FrankSmith
