  1. I needed that laugh, thank you Thank you, I guess it makes sense to just keep them alone together.
  2. These two guys are sparring right now. I can always get another tank and another Oscar to take care of the offspring. I'm more concerned about if it will be a problem having 2 brood pairs in the same tank.
  3. I have a 50 gallon tank with one Pleco and two male Convicts. There are floating and planted plants, both real and fake, as well as several terracotta pots for that homey feel. I've had them for a year and the Convicts are 4 inches each. They challenge each other at times but get along for the most part. They both have scars from the other but nothing serious. I had an Oscar and they killed him, poor old guy was over 10 years old but didn't stand a chance against them. So can I add two females to the tank or am I asking for trouble. The tank looks so empty with just three fish in it. Also I'm having a hard time finding female Convicts big enough for them.
  4. My current pleco is pacman because of the way she cleans the glass. My two convicts are brothers and named dumb and dumber.
  5. Pleco named Flash (for good reason) did that once and landed on the floor. Was a bugger to catch and put back in. Oscar used to do it all the time, tried to jump out every time I fed him. I have a couple of weights on top of the tank.
