  1. Hello. I have a fully planted tank and one of the ways I deal with snails is I put a glass jar in the bottom of the tank with an algae wafer or two in it in the evening and pull it out full of snails the next day. Supposedly there's something about it being clear glass that tricks the snail into not being able to escape. Since you seem to want to keep your other snails alive you could just sort through the jar the next day and throw back the good snails. Good luck.

    Hello

Hello. I'm new to the forum but I've had fish for more than 17 years now. I currently have a 30 gal tank with rasboras (het, red tail, emerald eyed, and celestial), pygmy gouramis, otto cats, kuhli loaches, a skunk botia, a few red cardinal minnows, and more plants than fish. The plants I have are a couple kinds of cryptocoryne, some anubias (nana and a larger leaf one), a nymphiaea of some sort that keeps trying to spread, a large sword, some java moss on a log, some java fern, and a few other plants I don't know the names for. I’m trying to keep everything small nowadays. The first fish I ever had was a lutino Oscar.
  3. Hello. I’m also new to the forums. I have a densely planted tank and have been keeping amano shrimp with my small rasboras for years with no problem. Small community fish shouldn’t be a threat to the shrimp in your tank.

    Hello All

Greetings. I'm also new to the forum. I mostly have rasboras in my 30 gallon tank. I have 4 different species right now but the celestials are my absolute favorite.
