Do you still keep C. nanoluteus? I'm down to my last specimen, which I have had since I bought them at the ACE auction 14 years ago, believe it or not. Love this fish, but can't find it now.
This is an old thread, but if you or there is someone else had luck breeding the nanoluteus, I am interested to know more as well. Fantastic fish and I would like to get a few more.
I'm just starting to get back interested in fishkeeping again.
I've kept a single 46 gallon bow front with the same occupants in it for at least the last ten years: a couple of unidentified south American cichlids and a few Kribensis.
I can hardly believe i've had them that long, but haven't added a fish since I moved back to Edmonton...
I'm interested in connecting with other hobbyists who are breeding their own stock, and in sourcing live foods - either cultures or collecting from local ponds. It's been a few decades since I took invertebrate zoology at university - I used to enjoy collecting for the course.
FYI, I can't see any photos that other members have apparently posted. Any ideas? Was wondering if I might need minimum post count to see them.
