Pisces Pet Emporium in Calgary and Pets and Ponds (a Canadian online retailer from Ontario) sells them. However, it's much more expensive. One tube of this is equivalent to 2 to 3 tubes of GE Silicone 1 (not 2) for Window/Door/Attic/Basement form your local hardware store. Make sure you get the screw on tip as shown in picture.
