snaggle Posted April 11, 2007 Report Share Posted April 11, 2007 I have seen a 180 in a town house and a 150 in a third floor apartment. You have to look at lots of thing like how old the building is, what is it made out of, how close you plan to put the tank to a load bearing wall you want to put the tank, and if you can add supports in the basement under the tank.
