New to Alberta
Hi everyone! I don't know if this is the correct spot to post this question or if the answer is already on here - but here goes anyway. Does anyone know what the water paramnters for West Edmonton are? PH, Harness, etc..... Any help with this is appreciated. I will be getting some test kits eventually but I'd like a head start in my tank planning. Thanks. Tanker
Bear in mind there is some seasonal fluctuation to those numbers, too. Last week and next week can vary widely for pH, KH, and free chlorine/chloramine contents. Generally, the average is roughly a pH of 7.5-8.5, KH was around 250-400 and free chlorine was about 2 ppm and fairly steady. I lived in West Edmonton all last year, and kept a pretty close eye on the water for that time.
