2 Holding labs in the same 10Gal???

A 10 gallon in my opinion is way to small for this IMO They should be in separate tanks.

I'm with Nick here. They might consider each other threats to their offspring and not spit them at all. If you know which one spawned first leave it in there and once it spits put the other one in . Or just strip them (that's what I always do)

Thanks guys - moved some misc fish from my 25Gal and put them in there instead. I took a solid chunk of filter material and cut it to size to divide the tank in 2. There is a small air stone and foam filter each side of the divider. They seem relaxed so hope this is OK. Funny how you go from wondering why your fish are not spawning to having a total of 5 females holding in one week!!! I'm afraid some are going to have to fend for themselves in their tanks because I just don't have room for them all to be on their own.
