So my camera isn't nearly as good as ohter members here and if it was I bet I still couldn't pull off what you guys/gals do BUT

I did get these AWESOME shots.

Quick story...My Daughter (Anna) pulled this little guy out of our pool, we were letting its wings dryoff while we got some pictures. It did fly away for a brief moment but then came back to land her finger again. here are a couple pics.

The last picture is after it came back to my daughter. Dragonfly's are way cool!!

Wicked! Your Camera takes good, crisp Macro shots! I like trying to get pics of all the different colored Damsels, Green, Blue and Red. They're cool bugs!

Actually thats not a macro but a shot from half an arm length away.

I'll take a shot at it and say it's a Coenagrion resolutum---a Taiga Bluet damselfly----and I'm not even a fly fisherman

I think they are a pretty creature with lovely colours. They are so delicate and yet their nymphs will eat our fry .
