SeaSerpant Posted April 13, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2008 Well i found something that is really cheap and multiple people use. it's called black beauty and is for sandblasting but if you wash it out good enough it is a good substrate. i'm going to buy a few bags of that. they say it's usually at any local hardware store.
