African_Fever
Depends on the tank size and how many of each you're looking to combine. In smaller tanks with smaller groups of fish your chances of hybridization increase.
firestorm
With that mix you will want at least a 55 gallon tank. But I see no real problems with mixing those 3 species since they do not look alot alike. The socolofi will get pretty aggressive from my experience with the albino and the regular. My little 2" albino socolofi was terrorizing fish that were twice his size. I think if you got ratios of 1m/3-4 females of each species in about a 55 it should do well, and the conspecific aggression should be seen more than aggression towards another species. rED O
How big is the tank? What oher fish are in it? I have a 90 gallon malawi tank and I have albino socolofi and pseudotropheus acei in the same tank. I also have lots of fish in the tnk because they do better a little over stalked. firestorm
Definitely. Mbuna are great fish to stock to the brim with, it will help cut down majorly on aggression issues. I think I have in my 75 all mbuna tank 30 fish all together, and there has been no deaths....tank has been going for about 4 months now.
