devocole
I asked a while back if anyone knew of an external pump that was small enough to hook up to airline tubing. Well no one knew and i couldn't figure it out either. So i decided to make my own. I inserted a Repti Flo 200 inside a well sealed plastic container and epoxied the tubes etc for a water tight fit. The flow has tripled compared to my aqualifter.

Drydock
Cool, So the container holding the pump is just gravity fed, right?
devocole
Gravity definately does help, but there is enough sucking power to pull some as well. Cool,So the container holding the pump is just gravity fed, right?
Kayen
That's pretty much a DIY Canister filter right there.
