devocole
Where can I find small measuring spoons, like 1/8 teaspoon kind of thing for dosing dry. Thanks Devon
Vallisneria
1/8tsp is a normal measuring spoon. It should be available with most measuring spoon sets. 1/16th and lower, I assume you'd have to order them online or check at a hydroponic shop. werner
Try places like Home outfitters, specialty cooking stores, etc. There are 'pinch', 'dash', and 'smidgen' measuring spoon sets out there.
Drydock
Just buy a bigger tank, then you don't need the smaller spoons!

firestorm
That's a very good question I would think specialty cooking stores would def have the small measuring spoons. My set only goes down to 1/8.
werner
You could also just dissolve a batch of it and then dose it as liquid. Just get a dropper from the drug store that measures milliliters. If you need help with concentrations, check out the Fertilator at APC. byte
If you take a juice-pop bottle (400ml or so) and add 1/8 teaspoon of ferts and fill with water. If you use half the bottle, you are adding 1/16 tsp. If you use 1/4 of the liquid, then you are dosing 1/32 teaspoon. Dash = 1/8 tsp Pinch= 1/16 tsp Smidgen = 1/32 tsp
devocole
Found the Dash(1/8), pinch(1/16), smigen(1/32) at canadian tire. Two and a half bucks Regards Devon
Shai
I just recently purchased a set of four spoons from BENIX & Co. (they carry glassware, kitchen stuff and other odds and ends) for about $3.50: Dash Pinch Smidgen Nip (should be 1/64)
