jvision Posted January 22, 2009 Report Share Posted January 22, 2009 I have found that 4' tanks are super cheap to light. Go to Home Depot and pick up a 2-bulb flourescent fixture. Knowing that you are perfectionist.... google overdriving electronic balasts for aquarium plant lighting... you might as well do it right if your going with DIY lighting.... you will get more watts out of your bulbs and your plants will be very happy...
