johnsmith Posted March 17, 2005 Report Share Posted March 17, 2005 I'd like to get a ballast from RONA to upgrade the lights on my 33g but the problem is the lights are 4ft long and the tank's only 3ft long. So my question is how much light would I lose if I hung the light a few inches above the tank, over a glass top? Would it still be worth it to get that light?
