MarkoD Posted January 15, 2011 Report Share Posted January 15, 2011 so my red empress finally released her fry there are around 20 of them heres the baby daddy the female still takes them back into her mouth when she feels a threat. any idea how long before i put the female back into the display tank with the male? She needs to put some weight back on and gain her strength she also doesn't need the harrasment from a male or competition from others for food. At least a couple of weeks for sure. Congrats! ! Since its her first time you said, she prolly has enough reserves after a week of feeding, to meet up with that baby daddy again.
