bigbadbrent
Looking for some tips on a good dither selection for my tank (36"x12x18). Looked at danios but disappointed by the LFS's stock. Not many look too healthy so didn't get any. Would love a good school with some great color. Have 4 Brevis and 2 Alto Lamps In it right now Thanks!
JORG
I wouldn't think you would need dithers in your tank if you have enough shells and hiding spots.
Wingin' It
You can use anything that floats your boat...lol Guppies, Danios, Cyps, anything that occupies the top/med. of the tank will work. Shellies are mean, so make sure whatever you get is fast
Jaykit
I would agree that in a 33g tank you probably wouldn't really need them but rather just increase your groups size. Although, for an answer: I've got 3 groups of serpae, black neon, and cardinal tetras that are a great color that stand out and are always swimming around in a group in the upper portions of my tank. As mentioned, "Guppies, Danios, Cyps, anything that occupies the top/med. of the tank will work".
