Diy Co2 Diffuser With Ceramic Rings

I didn't come up with this but ill post the instructions..Credit to this guy

Tools & materials:

1. ceramic rings

2. hose connector

3. superglue

4. slate pencil / stone pencil for glue hardener (optional)

Optional...Shave stone penci to add before glue

Cut hose connection so only a small section fits inside ceramic ring.

Step 2...seal bottom of ring with glue and stone pencil shavings(optional)..

Place hose connection in ring. Add stone pencil shavings around area your going to want to seal.(optional)

Glue over connection and shavings(optional) to seal ring..obviously not glueing over top hose connection.

And your finished product should look like this...

Neat, I wonder how much pressure you need to put into it for it to work properly? Would my tubing pop off and stuff? Wouldn't it clog real fast? I like my Rex Gregg reactor, super easy, about 19 bucks to make.

It works like a glass diffuser but more surface area so to clean just soak in bleach/water...It apparently works with diy co2 so I can imagine pressure has to be that high..Rex grigg reactors are also a good option if you have a canister filter or i guess a powerhead..
