Eugene Posted January 5, 2012 Report Share Posted January 5, 2012 I bought 4 nice silver angels from Harold last sunday they layed about 100 eggs on the filter pipe intake .There in another 4ft tank with the other 2 angels don't know how long it will last before I move them there is also one flagfish and siamese algae eater in the tank.I was planning on makeing it another community tank with large slow moving fish not like my other 4ft with the fast feeders. If the eggs hatch successfully I'll keep it simple and grow them up, but I would like to add cory's and small pleco's after they hatch if they do .I dropped the temp down a little previously to stop them breeding but was to late it hasnt settled yet.Lots of excitement in 4days wish me luck. Eugene Posted January 13, 2012 Author Report Share Posted January 13, 2012 (edited) Well they ate the eggs or something did the day after or evening, but today both pairs laid eggs yikes .I got two breeding pairs from Harold go figure.
