And the slide came all the way opin. needles to say there is Alot of small NLS pelits all over my tank. i cant suck them out i have black sand in my tank. and the food stays in the tank and the sand came out. i put in 12 amano shirmp and 6 corrys there was /is 6 white clouds in the tank to hold the cycle till i decide whats going in the tank, any ideas on what i can do about the extra food. Vallisneria Posted February 26, 2012 Report Share Posted February 26, 2012 Use a net to scoop it out. But you should be able to suck it out. Just hold the syphon further away from the sand.
