epiphany
Did you dechlorinate the added water? Heater malfunction? Do you run CO2?
Quetzalcoatl
The best you could do now, is an actual water change with properly conditioned water, and also you need and air stone. Fish at the top is a sign of low oxygen in the water.
VIP
But Whats even more odd is all morning there acting normal at the bottom now
jeanie1978
Sounds like you may have a level spike. What are your parameters?
jcgd
Sounds like low O2 to me. I'd get an airstone running or point the filter output so it breaks the surface. Was there a power outage? I'm assuming you aren't running pressurized co2?
VIP
All the ph and ammonia levels are fine i threw in an air stone and lifted the hose from the filter so its splashing à bit more and they seem to be good now thanks for the help
