fishclubgirl
Have a small tank with australes and another killi that Vince gave me. They've been kind of ignored(but still fed and filtered) and seem to be fine. I have a big mat of riccia in another tank, that's cutting off the light. The killis tank has a bit of algae as it does get some sunlight but is unlit. Figured it might be a good idea to put the riccia in there to take away the algae. Killies loved it and started to disappear into it as pairs.....Hmmmmm....
creekbottom
How many killies do you have in the tank? I've been looking at getting some but they aren't really a group fish, are they? It would be nice to have more than 3 in a tank...
fishclubgirl
I think I have 8 in there. They are ignored but seem to do okay and it's only a 5 gallon tank with a great lid... Got 2 pair of australes at a club meeting for 17 dollars. Such a good deal, I had to buy them!!
