albert_dao
No clue, but I've read that people can get effects similar to moonlighting with regular blue incandescent bulbs.
Oxquo
Get your craft store to order it in Michael's in Edmonton often carries alot of different colors in tinted plastics I am sure they are in Calgary as well check them out first. Or follow Alberts advice and get a small incandescent fixture set the two lights on timers that alternate, best bet would be to get a dual timer outlet from Canuck tire then there is only 1 plug. Go with blue bulbs in the incandescent or a blue and a blacklight bulb from a hardware store, that would give your fish a little moonlight glow effect as well and may look extremely cool too. Of course the best way to achieve this is by using a double flourescent fixture, Home depot sells both the blue plastic covers for bulbs that slip on and the blacklight bulbs in many sizes.
