RD. Posted October 9, 2005 Report Share Posted October 9, 2005 There are much better foods for growth, but what you use is certainly up to you. I would also up the water change to 25-30% bi-weekly, unless it's a rather large tank. Tropheus are dirty fish to begin with, and on HBH veggie flakes they produce a lot of waste.
